Brief Specification Description:The main construction contents include the basic layer and the surface layer of the sports ground. The basic layer includes: constructing a new foundation, reconstructing the foundation, constructing a new open drainage ditch, replacing the cover plate of the open drainage ditch, adding an asphalt overlay to the foundation, and reconstructing the blind drainage ditch of the artificial turf concrete foundation; for the surface layer, different thicknesses and materials are selected according to the different uses of the site and different educational stages.

*、 须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
*、 供应商应同时具备以下施工资质：*）中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的施工总承包建筑工程三级或以上资质；
*、 企业具有有效的安全生产许可证；
*、 拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人（（以响应文件中提供的加盖单位公章的《项目负责人基本情况表》为准（通过上海市住房和城乡建设管理*网站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查询、打印，首次响应文件提交截止时间前* 天内打印有效））。
*、 处于被政府管理部门禁止参加投标期间的单位不得参与竞争；
*、 本项目不允许转包。
*、 本项目面向所有企业。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Since January *, ****, it has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious violations of government procurement;
It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established according to law in our country (this project does not accept branch companies to participate in procurement activities in their own name);
Suppliers should also possess the following construction qualifications: *) Level * or above qualifications for construction general contracting construction projects issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China;
The enterprise has a valid safety production license.
